As we look toward an exciting 2025, it’s impossible not to reflect on the incredible accomplishments our team at Stark Enterprises achieved in 2024. Across every aspect of our portfolio, we have made significant strides that underscore our commitment to creating exceptional experiences and driving value for our communities, residents, and partners.
One of the year’s most notable highlights was breaking ground on two transformative residential developments. Summer Pointe Village in Summerfield, Florida, and Oak Harbor Village in Bolivia, North Carolina, represent our continued dedication to expanding our build-to-rent portfolio across the United States. These projects not only meet the growing demand for high-quality, flexible living solutions but also reflect our passion for delivering thoughtfully designed, community-focused developments. We are eager to see these communities come to life and further enhance the neighborhoods they serve.
Closer to home, our mixed-use properties continue to thrive as hubs of retail, dining, and entertainment. At Crocker Park, we welcomed exciting new tenants, including Teddy Baldassarre, Macy’s, and Eriebank, each adding unique value to the experience we offer visitors. Meanwhile, at Eton Chagrin Boulevard, Heritage Steak & Whiskey and Fiamma have elevated our culinary offerings, drawing food enthusiasts from across the region. These openings are a testament to the strength and resilience of commercial real estate, even in a challenging market.
This year also reaffirmed our belief in the enduring vitality of the commercial real estate sector. From retail to residential, our properties continue to adapt and thrive, showcasing their ability to meet evolving market demands. At the core of this success is our unwavering focus on creating spaces that connect people—whether they’re enjoying a meal, shopping for a special occasion, or finding their next home.
As we look to 2025, we are more focused than ever on growing our build-to-rent portfolio.
