Today marks an exciting milestone for Stark Enterprises as the first building at Oak Harbor Village in Bolivia, North Carolina, officially goes vertical. This build-to-rent community represents the culmination of vision, collaboration, and dedication from every corner of our organization, and I’m thrilled to see it take shape.
Reaching this stage would not have been possible without the incredible teamwork and commitment of so many. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to our acquisitions team for identifying this exceptional opportunity and laying the foundation for success. Our development team deserves special recognition for their meticulous planning and tireless efforts in bringing Oak Harbor Village to life.
To our Stark Living and Arbor Construction teams, your expertise and hard work continue to be the driving force behind our progress. From the on-the-ground construction to the marketing strategies that will introduce Oak Harbor Village to future residents, your dedication makes all the difference.
I also want to express my gratitude to the city of Bolivia and our local partners for their support and collaboration. Building a community like Oak Harbor Village is truly a partnership, and we couldn’t do it without the trust and cooperation of those who share our vision.
