Stark Enterprises Announces Acquisition of Belden Park Crossings
CLEVELAND – Stark Enterprises is pleased to announce its closing on the $67M acquisition of Belden Park Crossings. The property is situated on the “main and main” intersection of Dressler and Everhard Roads in the North Canton super-regional trade corridor.
Belden Park Crossings is located adjacent to I-77, directly south of Stark State College and Kent State University Stark Campus, three miles from the Pro Football Hall of Fame and four miles from the Akron-Canton Airport. It is also just minutes away from Stark’s 800,000-square-foot power center, The Strip, located off Portage Road.
The property is comprised of 482,534 square feet, featuring an unparalleled anchor lineup that includes Kohl’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Value City Furniture, Fresh Thyme, Ulta, Petsmart and DSW, among many other national and regional brands. Many of these retailers do not have other stores in the Canton area, creating a large draw from surrounding communities.
“Belden Park Crossings is an excellent strategic acquisition for our growing portfolio,” said Ezra Stark, chief operating officer at Stark Enterprises. “It’s these types of high-performing regional centers that will continue to thrive in a changing retail climate.”
