Bob’s Discount Furniture, one of the fastest growing furniture retailers in the United States, will celebrate the grand opening of its sixth Ohio location and second within Stark Enterprises’ portfolio at The Shops of Fairlawn this Thursday, May 27 with a ribbon cutting ceremony. To commemorate the new location, the company will donate a total of $5,000 to a local school and women’s shelter.
“The entire Stark Enterprises team is thrilled to celebrate Bob’s Discount Furniture’s sixth Ohio location, and second under Stark Enterprises’ portfolio,” said Lidia Richani, Executive Vice President of Leasing for Stark Enterprises. “Their mission to enrich communities with their strong business model is one we knew we wanted to work with early on, and we are excited to continue to grow with them at their newest location in The Shops of Fairlawn.”
The new 20,640 square foot Bob’s Discount Furniture is in the Shops at Fairlawn at 3737A West Market Street. The addition of the store in Fairlawn brings the total number of Bob’s stores to 141 across 22 states. As part of the grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting ceremony, the Bob’s Outreach Team identified the Julie Billiart School and Battered Women’s Shelter of Akron as community partners and will donate $5,000 combined to the two organizations. The donation is part of Bob’s commitment to the communities they work in.
