CLEVELAND – Stark Enterprises and its subsidiary Arbor Construction are pleased to announce that The Walsh Group has joined the nuCLEus project team as Construction Manager for Preconstruction Services.
Walsh Group is a 117-year-old, family-owned company providing general contracting, construction management and design-build services. The company operates across 19 regional offices and is listed as the 13th largest U.S. national contractor per Engineering News-Record, 2015.

Developed by Stark Enterprises, nuCLEus promises to serve as a catalyst for development and prosperity in the Downtown Cleveland core, with 200,000 SF of office space, 150,000 SF of ground level retail and restaurants, approximately 500 residential units, 1,500 structured parking spaces, intersecting laneways and a luxury hotel. The two million square-foot mixed-use project will be constructed in the heart of the city at the intersection of East Fourth, Prospect Avenue and Huron Road.
