This week, we gathered in Ocala, FL, to commemorate an exciting and deeply meaningful milestone: the topping-off ceremony for West Shire Village, our first build-to-rent community. The event marked the completion of construction on the final home in this thoughtfully designed neighborhood and was a celebration of vision, teamwork, and community.
The ceremony brought together the dedicated teams who made this project possible. From our affiliate company Arbor Construction, whose expertise laid the foundation (literally and figuratively), to the residential team at Stark Living, who will oversee the vibrant life of this community, and the marketing team at Stark Enterprises, who have shared the story of West Shire Village from the start, every individual involved played an essential role. Contractors, suppliers, and many others who worked tirelessly behind the scenes also joined us, making the event a true celebration of collaboration.
