Development in all forms

November 9, 2018

From the Desk of the COO

Over the past decade it has been incredible to see our company grow from our east-side roots. Today, we continue to expand into different markets to develop new and innovative properties across the United States, widening our portfolio as a diverse, full-service company.

As exciting as those new developments and properties are, it is also exciting to see our original portfolio of properties, which we have nurtured and grown over the years, continue to evolve. This weekend we will experience the excitement of expansion and innovation again at one of our original, and some would say flagship, properties, Crocker Park.

We have owned, operated, and developed Crocker Park since 2004, and have worked tirelessly to envision new ideas and experiences that would align with the needs of the evolving population of Westlake. Our most recent addition, “Phase 3”, added a vertically integrated concept that brought on board American Greetings. Soon after, Phase 3 also welcomed a brand-new upscale apartment building to add to Crocker Park Living’s high-class group of living options.

This incredible expansion gave us the opportunity to showcase all the different experiences one can have in our million-plus square feet of property while they shop, dine, work, live, and play. We can honestly say it’s all happening here.

This weekend, Phase 3 will grow even more with the addition of a larger, more expansive H&M retail store across from Starbucks Coffee and 3 Palms Pizza. As they started off in our West Park area years ago, we are thrilled to help them grow and offer more to our patrons through this move.

As the ribbon is cut and the doors open to H&M’s new space today at 12pm, all of us here at Stark Enterprises will be proud to see how far we have come both with this property and with this company.

The only question is … what more is to come!?

Sincerely,
Ezra Stark, Chief Operating Officer
