From Blueprint to Reality: The Rise of Summer Pointe Village

February 6, 2025

From the Desk of the CEO

Standing on-site in Summerfield, Florida, watching another Build-to-Rent (BTR) community take shape, I’m reminded why I love this industry. There’s something profound about seeing wood framing go up, transforming from an idea on paper into a tangible reality—one that will soon provide rental homes, a sense of community, and new opportunities.

Every project starts as a vision. A piece of land. A market analysis. A dream of what could be. From the moment we break ground, it’s an intricate dance of coordination, perseverance, and problem-solving. Countless hours are spent refining designs, overcoming challenges, and ensuring every detail aligns with our mission: to create communities that people are proud to call home.

Watching the first walls rise is more than just a construction milestone. It’s a reflection on the late nights spent reviewing site plans, the strategic conversations that shaped the project, and the unwavering commitment of every person involved. It’s proof that the long hours, the obstacles, and the problem-solving are all worth it.

But beyond the wood beams and foundation work, what makes this industry truly rewarding is the impact. Soon, these rental homes will welcome families starting new chapters, professionals seeking convenience and comfort, and retirees looking for a worry-free lifestyle. We’re not just building houses—we’re shaping the way people live.

As I stand here in Summerfield, watching another dream take shape, I’m filled with both pride and anticipation. The process is never easy, but that’s what makes it so fulfilling. Because in real estate—especially in BTR—success isn’t just measured in completed developments; it’s measured in the lives we impact and the communities we create.

Summer Pointe Village. A Place to Call Home.

Sincerely,
Ezra Stark
