Job Summary:
The Seasonal Guest Services Representative plays a key role in creating a warm, memorable, and magical experience for visitors during the Holiday Season at Crocker Park. As part of the Guest Services team, you will provide exceptional customer service while supporting various seasonal attractions—including the Guest Services Kiosk, the Holiday Train, and Santa’s Sleigh.This role requires energetic, friendly, and outgoing individuals who enjoy interacting with guests of all ages, helping visitors navigate the property, and contributing to a festive and welcoming environment.
Essential Functions:
Guest Engagement & Customer Service
- Greet visitors warmly and provide outstanding service that reflects Crocker Park’s reputation as a premier holiday destination.
- Assist guests with questions, directions, and general information regarding holiday events, attractions, and property amenities.
- Display a courteous, respectful, and professional attitude at all times, fostering a positive guest experience.
- Address concerns with empathy and eJiciency; escalate issues promptly when additional support is required.
Seasonal Attraction Operations
- Operate the Guest Services Kiosk, providing information, processing transactions (if applicable), and managing daily activity needs.
- Serve as a Holiday Train Driver, safely operating the train and ensuring an enjoyable experience for riders.
- Assist with Santa’s Sleigh interactions, helping guests with photos, line management, and overall experience coordination.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of assigned areas throughout the shift.
Teamwork & Support
- Collaborate with fellow Guest Services Representatives and property management to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Support holiday programming, special events, and seasonal activities as needed.
- Communicate important guest feedback or operational concerns to supervisors promptly.
Other:

- Complete all additional tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or company.
