Stark Enterprises in conjunction with managing partners LAZ Investments and Shelbourne have acquired a 620,000 sq ft office building including 1,141 parking spots. Settled right in the capitol of Connecticut surrounded by Mark Twain’s museum and the state’s rich history, The Gold Building, was acquired for a total acquisition price of around $85 Million. One Financial Plaza, commonly referred to as “The Gold Building,” is a premier 26-story office tower that is 94% leased long term to an elite roster of investment grade tenants including Travelers Insurance, Virtus Investment Partners, Barrings, and People’s United Bank.
